Laser Scanning.....

    DeArmond Tool offers 3D Laser Scanning. We can scan your model and scale it up or down to the proportions you require. The final output is your choice. We offer anything from a simple computer file for you to work with to a finished product. We can scan a clay model, finished product, sculpture, whatever you might need... in 2D or 3D.

CNC Training.....

   We know CNC. We have helped hundreds of our customers start their own CNC shops. We teach every facet of CNC. No matter your needs including CAD, CAM, or Machine Set Up & Operation, we can get you started in the CNC world. If you need help with learning to operate a CNC Lathe, Router or Mill... large or small, we can help!  We will train at your location or ours.

Jig & Fixture Design & Production.....

    Over the years we have built hundreds of jigs and fixtures to hold about any part you can imagine. We will be happy to fill your jig and fixture needs. Do you need  fixtures to hold odd shaped parts or jigs for mass production?? Just call us. We can design or design and produce your jigs and fixtures.

Prototypes.....

   DeArmond Tool  offers a full prototyping service. With mechanical engineers on staff, we can help you get from design concept to prototype in a very short time.  We can do any part from just the drawings to the full prototype.  Give us a call today to discuss your needs.

CAD Drawing & Modeling.....   

     We have few if any software limitations. From solid modeling to simple or complicated vector files, we will be happy to produce whatever you need. We currently produce drawings for over 20 customers who simply would rather spend their time producing & selling a product than drawing it.  From signs or jewelry to mechanical parts, we can produce your drawings.
